Hammour prices
Whole hammour is AED 139 per kg and hammour fillet is AED 160 per kg. Prices include VAT and cooking. The fish is weighed at the counter before we cook it.
Grilled, fried or baked?
Most guests have hammour grilled: we butterfly the whole fish, coat it in our red spice and cook it over the grill until the edges char. It holds together well, so it is also very good fried or baked. A whole hammour on a steel tray, with sayadiyah rice and salads, is one of our most popular family meals.
